Terms of Service — Prompt Battalion

Welcome to Prompt Battalion ("Prompt Battalion," "we," "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the operator application (together, the "Platform"). By using the Platform you agree to these Terms.

1. The Platform

Prompt Battalion is a digital operations network that turns client-submitted digital work into small, clearly-defined missions which are completed by independent operators and reviewed before delivery.

2. Operators are independent contractors

Operators perform missions as independent contractors, not employees. Operators choose which missions to accept and when to work. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, agency, or joint-venture relationship.

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid internet connection to participate as an operator.

2.2 Work product

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, completed mission deliverables are assigned to Prompt Battalion or the requesting client upon acceptance and payment.

3. Missions, review & rewards

Each mission shows its instructions, estimated time, difficulty, and reward before you start. Submissions are reviewed against the mission's required-output checklist. Rewards apply to completed missions that pass review. Payment terms & methods finalized before launch

4. Acceptable use

Do not submit fraudulent, automated-spam, plagiarized, or knowingly incorrect work.
Do not misuse client materials or share compartmentalized mission content outside the Platform.
Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform.

5. Client requests

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to any materials they submit and that submitted work is lawful. We may decline requests at our discretion.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is" during this early MVP phase. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prompt Battalion is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Platform develops. Material changes will be posted on this page.
